If the South Carolina House Ways and Means Committee thinks that defunding a gay book is going to change the colorful Charleston scene, then I suggest they stop for a bourbon at Club Pantheon. And, then, try out all these hot joints. You are in for a long night, politicians. It is a book. Good grief. It’s not like every book offered by the program caters to a certain community. Grow up with the tax dollars, SCHWMC. The gay and lesbian community are constituents, too.
